Here are the most common causes for login issues and how to fix them.
Check your spam folder
Login emails sometimes end up in spam or trash—take a quick look there.
Company email blocking
Your company's email security might be blocking our emails. This can happen even if you were getting emails from us before. If you think this might be the case, please reach out to your IT team.
SSO conflicts
We don't support Single Sign-On (SSO) yet, so your company uses SSO for email, it'll block our login emails from reaching you.
If you're a Supernormal Enterprise user, your admin can temporarily turn off SSO while you get set up with Radiant. Your admin will need to:
Go to app.supernormal.com
Click on their name → Organization Settings
Find SSO and turn off the requirement
Turn it back on once you're logged into Radiant
