What happens after Radiant captures my meeting?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Run suggested next steps

After your meeting is captured, Radiant generates a list of suggested next steps or 'Chats' based on your meeting discussion. Click Start on any suggestion to create documents, follow-up emails, action items, or other outputs tailored to your conversation.

Radiant automatically runs the Craft meeting summary suggestion for you, so your meeting summary is ready right away in that card below your list.

Chat with your meeting

Use the chat field at the bottom of the page to ask specific questions about your meeting or request custom outputs beyond the suggested next steps.

Examples:

  1. "Create GitHub issues for the bugs we discussed"

  2. "Document the decisions made and reasoning behind them"

  3. "What unresolved questions need follow-up?"

  4. "Draft an agenda for our next meeting"

Label speakers from your meeting

For scheduled meetings, you can teach Radiant who said what by labeling speakers in the transcript:

  1. Click on the Transcript button

  2. Click on any unlabeled speaker (e.g., "Speaker 0") to see a dropdown of meeting participants

  3. Select the correct person—this labels all their comments throughout the meeting

  4. Rename the display name if needed

Radiant remembers labeled speakers for future meetings with the same people, improving transcript accuracy over time.

Note: Speaker labeling is only available for scheduled meetings (meetings with a calendar event).
