Why isn't Radiant detecting my meetings?

If Radiant isn't automatically detecting your meetings, this is typically due to browser compatibility or system permissions.

Check browser compatibility

Automatic meeting detection is currently supported in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. If you're using a different browser (e.g., Dia), you'll need to use manually capture your meetings.

Check system permissions

If you're using a supported browser, the issue is likely related to system permissions:

  1. Open System Settings

  2. Navigate to Privacy & Security

  3. Select Automation

  4. Find Radiant and ensure all toggles are enabled
